Standard Return Policy

To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety, immunizeLABS cannot accept returns or exchanges on health and personal care products after they have left our facility. This policy applies to both opened and unopened items, as we cannot guarantee their quality or freshness once they have been in transit. To ensure every customer receives a product in perfect condition, we do not resell any items that have left our premises.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please photograph the item and packaging and send an email including your order number to sales@immunizeLABS.com within 5 days of delivery. We will replace damaged or missing products at no additional cost (limited to one replacement per original order).

Product Performance Guarantees

Select immunizeLABS products include a performance guarantee. When a product carries a guarantee, the specific terms — including duration, usage requirements, and resolution options — are displayed on that product's page.

If you believe you qualify under a product's performance guarantee:

  1. Email sales@immunizeLABS.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief description of your experience.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include personalized usage guidance, a replacement product, or store credit.

Performance guarantees apply only when the product has been used as directed for the full duration stated on the product page. Please refer to each product's guarantee terms for complete details.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing sales@immunizeLABS.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled.

International Orders

Customers shipping outside the United States are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges. No refunds will be issued for merchandise held by customs due to non-payment of charges or duties.

Some countries restrict the import of certain products — please verify your country's regulations before ordering.
