Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders totaling $99 or more after discounts. For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please allow 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for order processing. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number, and the carrier (USPS or UPS) will provide an estimated transit time. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Rush Processing — Same Day Processing

Rush Order – Same Day Processing expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be packed and shipped the same business day it is placed. By comparison, regular orders take 3–6 business days to process and ship. Your order must be submitted and charged before 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Please note that transit and delivery times can vary depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery dates because they are beyond our control and are based on carrier (USPS, UPS) logistics.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Undeliverable Orders & Incorrect Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, as we cannot make changes once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the following options apply:

  • Reshipment within the US: One free reshipment to a corrected US address is available.
  • International Reshipment: The customer must pay shipping fees before the order can be resent.
  • Refund instead of Reshipment: If you prefer a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your total as outlined below:
    • For orders originally shipped free and valued at $250 or less, a flat fee of $15 will be deducted.
    • For orders valued over $250, the greater of the actual shipping cost or a $15 flat fee will be deducted.

Delivery Delays & Missing Packages

immunizeLABS is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please file a missing package claim with the carrier and forward the claim details to sales@immunizeLABS.com. We will work with you on a resolution once the carrier claim is submitted.

Delivery Issues

We are not liable for merchandise damaged by the carrier during shipping. All packages are insured up to $100 — it is the recipient's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for transit damage.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are beyond our control. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for delayed packages.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim with your carrier and send the claim details to sales@immunizeLABS.com.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Important for international customers:

  • The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for merchandise held by customs due to non-payment of charges or duties.
  • Delivery times vary by country and are estimates only (typically 7–21 business days).
  • Some countries restrict the import of certain health products. Please verify your country's regulations before ordering. immunizeLABS is not responsible for orders that cannot clear customs.
