WARNING:  40 million people in the US suffer from osteoarthritis , a degenerative joint disease. Most sufferers seek partial and temporary relief through nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like aspirin, ibuprofen, Motrin and Tylenol. Serious side effects of NSAIDs have lead to gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration, hypertension, congestive heart failure, edema and renal failure. Taking 2 aspirins a day increases your chances of kidney disease by 900 percent!
